This is the charm house. It was built in 1907 and in 1936 it became a hospital and clinic. When Grandma Black was sick before she died in 1945 this is where she was taken. It is located in Clarkesville, GA on Highway 441. At one time there was a trolley line that ran down the street in front of it. It is now a private residence and Bed & Breakfast Inn.
